A blend of Grenache (49%), Mataro (39%) and Shiraz (12%) grown in the Barossa sub-regions of Moppa Springs, Ebenezer and Kalimna. The wine is matured in seasoned hogsheads. Several years of bottle age help to highlight the typical characteristics of the Barossa Valley.
